"No Questions Asked" Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your hearing aid for any reason, we will refund your money for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

The hearing aids must be in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear excluded. By law, the seller is allowed to retain 10% of the sales price per hearing aid for returns of all non-defective hearing aids.

Returns Basic Criteria

• All returns must include the following:

Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or other reasons) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

The return must be complete and include all accessories (rechargers, remote controls, batteries, cases, domes, etc.)

Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box.
